摘要
股票600872自从蓝色GaNGaInN LEDs研制成功之后,氮化物逐渐成为化合物半导体领域中|五大集团
一颗耀眼的新星。以高亮度GaN基白光LED为核心的半导体照明技术对照明领
域带来了很大中海能源的冲击,并成为目前全球半导体领域研究和投资的热点。本文首
先综述了GaN材料的基本特性、制备、以及GaN基白光LED的特点、合成与发
展前景。
