摘 要
水泥作为一种重要的胶凝材料长期以来广泛应科士达股票 用于土木建筑、水利、国防等
工程，在促进人类工农业生产，改善人类居住和生活条件等方面发挥了巨大的作
用。中国水泥制造最早可以追溯到1889年中国河北唐山开平煤矿附近设立的用
立窑生产的唐山“细绵土厂”。经过100多年的发展，特别是改革开放30年来的
发展，中国水泥行业发展到今天，水泥产能已经位居世界第一，出现一大批世界
级的水泥企业，拥有一流的生产工艺和先进的管理经验，但也存在产品同质化较
高、产能严重过剩、市场整合加剧、行业竞争趋于激烈的局面。
华润水泥控股有限公司是华润集团旗下的子公司，作为华南地区规模最大、
效益最高、管理最强的水泥及混凝土生产商，在当前的市场环境下，同样面临激
烈的竞争压力。本文旨在通过对华润水泥控股有限公司的营销环境分析、分销渠
道的现状及存在问题的分析，着重从华润水泥控股有限公司分销渠道存在的问题
提出改进措施，以期提高上投新兴动力华润水泥控股有限公司的竞争力。

Abstract
