摘 要
水泥作为一种重要的胶凝材料长期以来广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等
工程，在促进人类工农业生产，改善人类居住和生活条件等方面发挥了巨大的作
用。中国水泥制造最早可以追溯到1889年中国河北唐山开平煤矿附近设立的用
立窑生产的唐山“细绵土厂”。经过100多年的发展，特别是改革开放30年来的
发展，中国水泥行业发展到今天，水泥产能已经位居世界第一，出现一大批世界
级的水泥企业，拥有一流的生产工艺和先进的管理经验，但也存在产品同质化较
高、产能严重过剩、市场整合加剧、行业竞争趋于激烈的局面。
华润水泥控股有限公司是华润集团旗下的子公司，作为华南地区规模最大、
效益最高、管理最强的水泥及混凝土生产商，在当前的市场环境下，同样面临激
烈的竞争压力。本文旨在通过对华润水泥控股有限公司的营销环境分析、分销渠
道的现状及存在问题的分析，着重从华润水泥控股有限公司分销渠道存在的问题
提出改进措施，以期提高华润水泥控股有限公司的竞争力。

Abstract

facing fierce competition pressure. This paper aims to put forward the improvement
measures through the analysis of the marketing environment, the current status of
distribution channels and the existing problems of the China Resources Cement
Holdings Limited, finally to improve its competitiveness in the current market
environment.
